Structure: The two-layer die cut cardboard or aluminum alloy frame
combines with the filter media to form the simple and strong structure. Meanwhile, the filter adopts a V-shape pleated structure, the material usage is three times greater than common air filter, so the dust holding capacity is greater.
Filter paper: Special blended by non-woven fabrics and synthetic fibers with a fluffy structure, large dust holding capacity and low initial resistance
Filter media: The filter media is closely combined with the protection grid and processed into a contour, equal spacing filter pleat layer by special process, allowing the air to pass freely and evenly, so that the dust can be uniformly adsorbed on the entire media, thereby achieving high dust holding capacity.
Protection grid: The grid is a galvanized grid or wire grid to increase the strength of the filter pleats, effectively weakens the pleat jitter during use, thereby reducing secondary pollution.
Cardboard frame: High-strength waterproof cardboard, each intersection and the filter media are closely connected, which enhances the filter's robustness and helps to maintain the flatness of the pleated filter media and the balance of the pleat spacing.
Aluminum alloy frame: 1.00mm thick aluminum profile enhanced by double-sided or single-sided galvanized protection grid support, can be repeatedly cleaned.
